These terms and condition are up with the purpose of pacific and clear deal between the buyer and the seller, knowing that chinchillasga.com and warpakchins.com are offering only chinchillas with great health, otherwise chinchillas would not be put up in adoption if the chinchilla is unhealthy or injered. Sales after a week are final, chinchillasga.com will return 100% of the money if you are not happy with your chinchilla within a week, 50% will be return if by the second week you decide to return it, 25% by the third week, we will not return any of the money after a month of keeping the chinchilla with the new owners, chinchillaga.com and warpakchins are not taking any responsibility for the damage of a chinchilla done with the new owners, any new issue with the chinchilla after the purchase will be evaluate it by the reason of the issue, chinchillasga.com will not pay any of your accidents. by this time you should know that animal have rights, chinchillasga.com and warpakchins have the right to reject or deny a sale, this will happened if we realize that the sale will not bring a good future to the chinchilla involve in the sale. Chinchillasga.com and warpakchins.com warranty that you will have a booklet about how to take care of chinchillas (issued by chinchillaclub.com) and enough food for the first week, specially if the food that you decide provide is not the same that we are providing. The buyer has to bring a cage or a carrier to take the chinchilla. Holding a chinchilla will be required to make a deposit of $50.00 and the other portion of the payment will be in cash. There will be no refund on this amount.
